Adopting heating rods instead of traditional cast copper heaters, the equipment saves 15%-20% of electric energy consumption.

3. Optimized & Advanced Structural Design

Featuring ultra-high torque design, the gearbox load capacity reaches 15 Nm/cm³, ensuring strong driving force and stable operation. The maximum screw rotating speed can reach 1800 rpm, meeting high-speed and high-efficiency production requirements for various high-end materials.

4. Extended Service Life & Stable Operation

The output shaft bearings adopt non-load-bearing structural design, which effectively avoids wear of vulnerable shaft bearings and greatly improves equipment stability. The professionally optimized gearbox achieves a designed service life of 72,000 hours (equivalent to 10 years of normal operation).

5. Flexible Customization Capability

Supports a wide range of D/d ratio customization from 1.33 to 2.0. The screw gap can be precisely adjusted with a minimum clearance of 0.15 mm, meeting personalized processing requirements for different materials and production processes.
